Orders are despatched from the Farm Shop in the evening on Tuesday to Thursday, ready for next day delivery (Wednesday to Fridays).

The meat is vacuum packed, weighed and priced then chilled. It is then packed into special boxes with an insulated lining and packed with ice cells that do not release any water. These keep the contents of the box at the optimum temperature during transit.

Deliveries should reach you before 4pm the day after despatch. If you have not received the parcel then please contact us by telephone.

The prices quoted in the online shop are given as a guide. The prices of the special packs and burgers will be as quoted, however when cutting joints and steaks we will cut to the size requested as closely as possible. The courier charge of 9 pounds is added to the order at the check out. A charge of 3 pounds for the insulated reusable box and ice cells will also be added when processing your payment.

Once your order has been priced we will call you on the telephone number given. We will then check the order is as requested and that you are happy with the price to be charged. We will then process the card whilst on the line with you before we despatch your order.
